1. Returns

Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Return Approval

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 3: Return Shipping

You may be required to return the product to our designated address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Step 4: Inspection & Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement request has been approved.

3. Refunds

Full Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not returned in its original condition

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as sending a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for eligible damaged or defective items, subject to product availability.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return procedure will apply.
